Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4 to 5 business days. (for some parts, it may take up 2 to 3 working weeks. see individual part schedule in the remarks. or check by sending email to us) Orders will not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing out of stock upon order processing, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment to your order, you will be contacted via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by weight and displayed at checkout. Shipment Method: Courier Parcel Service Estimated Transit Time: Normally within 2 to 7 days depending on the destination and custom practice. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. It is beyond our control, and sometime it is also beyond courier company control. But, we will try our very best to ensure the shipment reach you at the earlier possible schedule. Kindly take note of all shipment will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Detail address in destination must be written clearly in English upon check-out.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your AWB tracking number(s). The courier company whose handle the parcel would be inform as well.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Our shop online is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (importer) e.g. vat, tariffs, taxes, gst, duty, VAT etc. if any. For domestic delivery, the GST has been added upon check out. A local delivery charge would be incur depending on the total weight of the spares purchased.
Do not accept any parcel or shipment which is torn, dented or damage, or suspicion of damage. Please inform us and contact the shipment carrier at the same time to file a claim. Kindly retain all proof docs or picture shot if any before filing a claim.
All goods purchase are non-returnable.
All spares comes with 3 months warranty against manufacturer defect. Faulty spares to be send back to us at buyer cost. A investigation would be conducted by factory engineer to determine the fault and cause. Should it due to manufacturer defect, we will then replace the spares and ship back to buyer (customer) at our cost.
